The tropical atmosphere and design of the pool were great, and the breakfast was decent. the staff was really polite and helpful, always looking to accommodate our requests. It was also nice to have a shuttle service available for trips to the beach or other nearby locations.
The location wasn't ideal, as it was a bit of a trek up a poorly lit street to get to the hotel. Our room had a mosquito problem due to the interior decoration, and there was no intercom system in place which meant that we had to keep walking all the way to reception for any assistance we needed.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. We stayed for only two nights which wasn't enough- could have easily stayed a week here. As soon as you enter the hotel you can't help but relax in the beautiful surrounds. Even when our luggage hadn't arrived until the day we left thanks to our airline losing our luggage- but we were still able to enjoy the time and the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond helping us get our luggage back. The hotel is only a 10-15 min walk to lamai beach and close to the walking street night markets. I have stayed in cheweng beach twice but now that I have discovered montra and lamai I would not go back to chaweng- far too built up and touristy. Lamai is a much nicer area to stay.

We loved the breakfast, villas, and pool. It was a fabulous retreat away from the beach (yet only a ten minute walk!). I would highly recommend this hotel- so much cheaper than those on the beach yet away from all the hustle and bustle and a paradise.

The location of the hotel is not very close to the beach, but renting motorbikes or taking the hotel's shuttle service can easily solve this issue. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing a free shuttle to nearby Silver Beach. the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, offering a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel lacks intercom facilities, requiring guests to walk up to the reception for any assistance or help.

Everything about the resort is almost perfect, especially the hospitality of the staff and service levels. It is a small and beautiful resort, and the restuarant serves probably the tastiest food in Lamai. It is conveniently located close to the main street as well. The rentals offered by the hotel like motorbike, sight seeing, taxi services etc are also priced very competitively, so you dont need to go scouting outside.
The hotel does not have its own beach, and within the hotel there are very few facitlities - one restuarant only.

Amazing hospitality and beautiful surroundings. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel had a serene atmosphere, with a stunning pool and lush plantation. We also loved the spacious rooms, which were tastefully furnished and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location of the hotel was not very central, requiring a short walk or drive to reach the main attractions. , the lack of intercom facilities meant that we had to go to the reception for any assistance or requests, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had the most incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The hotel boasts a tropical atmosphere and the design of the pool is simply breathtaking. I loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the serene surroundings. The hotel is a hidden gem, with only 9 little villas, providing an exclusive and private experience. It almost felt like I had the entire place to myself. The breakfast at this hotel was absolutely delicious. Despite not having a buffet, the hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast basics to choose from. I especially loved the different types of egg dishes and hot meals available. The fruit selection was also fresh and tasty.
If I had to recommend this place to my friends, I would say that the hotel's location, although close to the beach, may not be everyone's cup of tea. However, the hotel does offer a free shuttle to Lamai Beach and other nearby beaches, making it convenient to explore the area.

The food was excellent, surroundings beautiful and staff friendly.
There was no personality. It felt cold compared to other resorts of a similar style such as Rocky'S. Beautiful but with no soul. We felt very much like visitors rather than guests.

Great rooms very comfortable and clean, we stayed there for 4 nights and although we booked a standard villa, we were luckily upgrade to a better room (with private garden and direct access to the swimmingpool) withouth any charge for 3 nights. Both villas were fantastic with remarkable bathrooms. All the staff is very kind and helpful with renting bikes or trips. They also have a private shuttle service to pick you up from/to the port or airport.
It is not close to the beach (15 minutes walk), however easy to get there by motorbike.

Great service, relaxing, great value for money, suitable for families as villas are spacious and have separate living room
If you look for hotel at beach - not best option. Whereas hotel was very flexible and offered free and covrnient trabsfer to beach and back (5min drive)
